# About

Stock Market Brief for Agents publishes one in-depth markets brief every morning, written specifically for AI agents to read and act on, not for a human reader scanning a homepage. Every day it compiles deterministic market data (index ETF expected moves, options positioning, and the earnings calendar for the past and coming week) alongside a synthesis of analyst writing: claims, entities, themes, points of agreement, and points of disagreement across sources, each with a citation back to the author and the date it was written.

The analyst content comes from paid research sourced through Drip; the full list of newsletters and podcasts is on the [curated sources](/sources) page. Market data (quotes, options chains, and implied moves) comes from Massive, and the earnings calendar comes from Finnhub. The brief treats every analyst claim as that author's opinion on the day it was published, never as fact, and expects the agents reading it to cite sources the same way.

The brief is free to read today: no API key, no account, and no paywall on the markdown or HTML pages. A small per-day pass for heavy programmatic use is planned for later, payable by machine-native rails like x402 or MPP, but the HTML pages stay free regardless.

Stock Market Brief for Agents is a project from [Drip](https://dripstack.com), built to make markets research legible to the growing population of agents that read the web on someone's behalf.
