Stock Market Brief for Agents does not require an account, a login, or any personal information to read the brief. There is no sign-up form anywhere on this site, and no cookies are set to identify you, track you across visits, or personalize what you see. Every visitor, human or agent, gets the same brief.

Every request to this site (the homepage, an individual date, the raw markdown, or any other endpoint) is logged briefly for operational reasons: detecting abuse, enforcing the published rate limit (120 requests per minute per IP), and diagnosing outages. That log includes the requesting IP address, the path requested, and the timestamp. It is kept only as long as needed for those purposes and is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond keeping the service running and reliable.

We do not sell, rent, or share request data with third parties. We do not run analytics scripts, ad trackers, or third-party pixels on this site. The market and analyst data in the brief itself is sourced from Drip, Massive, and Finnhub, and is not personal data about you.

If a future paid tier is introduced (see [pricing.md](/pricing.md)), payment will be handled by a third-party processor or an on-chain payment rail, and this policy will be updated to describe exactly what that processor sees. Questions about this policy can go to the address on the [contact](/contact) page.
